The Veteran Disability Support Program (VDSP) supports veterans and service members in submitting comprehensive, well-documented disability applications to the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). The program includes end-to-end services, from intake through post-submission follow-up, while prioritizing regulatory compliance, ethical conduct, and high-quality case development.

Program Objectives

– Facilitate successful VA disability claims by delivering high-quality documentation and support services.

– Ensure each veteran receives individualized attention through thorough assessment and documentation.

– Provide integrated medical and mental health services to support service-connected claims.

– Maintain optimal transparency and integrity in coordination with Aegis Law Firm and other stakeholders.

• All services adhere to federal, state, and VA regulations

• Legal submission is handled solely by Aegis Law Firm, ensuring VA compliance

• Survivor Sources Inc. and Your Wellness Sources are not involved in legal representation

• Case Review Committee to audit 10% of applications monthly for:

– Accuracy and completeness of DBQs
– Timeliness of documentation
   – Service compliance and ethical standards

• Feedback Loop for claimants to report concerns or delays

• Routine training for all staff on current VA procedures and compliance mandates

• Survivor Sources Inc.: Program Administration and Oversight

• Aegis Law Firm: Legal submission and disbursement agent

• Your Wellness Sources: Medical and behavioral health evaluations and documentation

Every claimant receives:

• Written explanation of services and pricing

• Service agreement outlining expectations

• Status updates at each major milestone

• Copy of final submitted application (for personal records)
